Frequently Asked Questions
How long are subscription credits and booster credits valid?
Monthly subscription credits last one calendar month, 4-month credits four calendar months, and annual credits one year. Booster validity uses the days shown at purchase. Buying again keeps the later of the existing and new expiry dates, so existing credits do not lose validity.
Can I request a refund for a subscription or booster purchase?
Subscription plans can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. If you are charged because you did not cancel in time, refunds are currently unavailable under the User Agreement. Booster packages are one-time purchases and do not incur charges in the next billing cycle; however, refunds for packages that have already been paid for are currently unavailable under the User Agreement.
Do unused subscription credits roll over to the next billing cycle?
Annual plans grant all 12 months of credits upfront, with no monthly reset. You can repurchase or switch between Base and Pro at any time. Previous auto-renewal is canceled first; after successful payment, remaining subscription credits are added to the new balance and share the latest subscription expiry. Failed payment preserves existing paid benefits. Unused credits expire when the subscription ends.
Are credits used in a specific order?
The system uses daily credits first, followed by subscription credits, and booster credits last.
Do failed generation tasks consume credits?
No. If a generation task fails due to a system service issue, the corresponding credits will be returned automatically within 20 minutes.
